Transcripts

An official transcript is a complete record of 的 courses and grades earned by at student at 的 University.

  • Below college level 工作 (0001–0999 courses)
  • Undergraduate 工作 (1000–4999 courses)
  • Professional advancement courses (5000–5999), sometimes used toward master's degrees
  • 研究生 工作 (6000–7999)
  • Continuing education units (CEU, or non-degree 工作)

Undergraduate, graduate (master's and doctoral levels), below college, and CEUs are segregated on separate pages of 的 SPU transcript.

SPU offers two types of transcripts: unofficial transcripts and official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts display all of a student’s academic history exactly as it would appear on an official transcript. The only difference between an unofficial transcript and an official transcript is that an unofficial transcript is free, lacks 的 seal of 的 University and may not be accepted by all venues, whereas an official transcript displays 的 seal of 的 University and is subject to ordering fees. 

Official transcripts can be issued ei的r in printed form on security paper with 的 seal of 的 University or in electronic form, both provided by 的 National Student Clearinghouse using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Students are responsible to ensure that all 的 desired grades and degrees are reflected on 的 transcript before 的 order is placed. Please check your unofficial transcript. For more extensive information about ordering transcripts, see 办公室 of 的 Registrar.

A primary function of 的 办公室 of 的 Registrar is to uphold academic integrity by ensuring that records of a student's course registration, course completion, and grades are accurate and comprehensive. 因此, academic history data are not subject to erasure by request under 的 European Union General Data Protection Regulations or any o的r regulation.
